Having secured approval for a $135,000 fund from the Seattle OED office, we opted to undergo extensive remodeling for both the interior and exterior. In my dual role as manager and designer, both owners entrusted me with leading the project from start to finish. This allowed me to delve into architectural design aspects, including floorplans for permits, plumbing and electricity drawings, as well as interior and exterior design.
